Building in Denver
since 2009.
We started Aldo & Co. with a simple idea: build the kind of company we'd want to hire. Communicative, organized, no-surprises pricing, and a finished product we'd proudly put our name on.
17+ years building Aldo & Co. and decades of trade experience behind it — that's still the operating principle. We are a 3-person crew: Aldo, the owner, and a tight bench of trades we work with weekly. We focus on what a small crew does best: kitchens, bathrooms, basements, single-room additions, and outdoor living. No whole-home gut renovations, no second-story additions. The trade-off is sharper focus and a senior tradesman on every job, every day. We work in Denver and the greater metro because this is home: we know the soil, the codes, the inspectors, the supply chain, and the designers worth collaborating with.
Most of our work comes from referrals. We treat that like the trust it is. Every project gets the senior team, daily updates, and an actual finish date you can plan a life around.
The hands
on every job.
Aldo runs every project. He's the one on site at 6am, the one talking to inspectors, and the one who can tell whether a 1920s sub-floor will take the load before the engineer arrives. After more than a decade framing and finishing across the Southwest, he settled in Denver and started Aldo & Co. in 2009.
Every remodel we deliver, he's personally on — every day, until punch list. That doesn't scale, and it isn't supposed to. The trade-off is that we run a small book of work, and the people who hire us get the senior tradesman in the room daily, not a project manager swinging through every other Tuesday.
If you want a contractor who answers his own phone and shows up to the job in his own truck — that's Aldo.
Quiet professionalism beats loud promises.
Communication is the product.
You shouldn't have to wonder what's happening on your own home. Weekly walkthroughs, same-day response to questions, every project.
Schedules are promises.
If we say 14 weeks, it's 14 weeks. We build in the buffers up front so we don't move them on you mid-build.
Details compound.
The reveal. The shadow line. The way a drawer closes. We obsess over the things you'll touch every day for 30 years.
Let's build something exceptional.
Tell us about your project and we'll get back to you within one business hour with next steps.
